Quick answers
Is Tutwoo Kids free?
With a free account you can try the first lesson of every course. A family plan that unlocks every course and the owl tutors is coming soon.
How do I set up an account for my child?
Children under 13 can't sign up themselves. A parent or carer creates a parent account on the Join page, then adds each child from the parent dashboard with a nickname, a stage and a username and password you choose. We never ask for a child's email address.
How many children can I add?
A family account can have up to 4 child or teen profiles, including linked teen accounts.
Can I see what my child asks the owls?
Yes. For children under 13, you can read their owl tutor chats in the parent dashboard. Chats are deleted automatically after 90 days. If a teenager links their own account to yours, you can see their progress but not their chats.
My child has forgotten their password
A parent or carer can set a new password for any child profile from the parent dashboard. If you've forgotten your own password, use Reset my password.
How do I delete my child's profile and data?
You can delete a child profile at any time from the parent dashboard. To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy.
Which stage is right for my child?
Early Years is ages 2 to 5, Key Stage 1 is Years 1 and 2, Key Stage 2 is Years 3 to 6, Key Stage 3 is Years 7 to 9, and GCSE is usually Years 10 and 11. See the stages.
