About Course

Feel the beat, read simple rhythms and make music with repeating patterns called ostinatos. Children learn the difference between beat and rhythm, read crotchets, quavers, minims and rests, listen to the famous snare drum pattern in Ravel’s Boléro and compose their own layered ostinato.

Tutwoo Kids is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Department for Education, Ofqual or any exam board. Certificates are for encouragement and are not qualifications.
