About Course

Learn how to solve linear equations step by step with Ziggy, from one-step equations like x + 7 = 12 to equations with brackets and unknowns on both sides. You will use the balance idea and inverse operations, check every answer by substituting, and turn word problems into equations you can solve. It covers the Key Stage 3 national curriculum aim to “use algebraic methods to solve linear equations in one variable”.
