Paste a list of first names and surname initials. We make a username and a simple password for each pupil and give you printable login cards.
Choose courses for your class’s stage and curriculum, add a due date, and pupils see them on their own My class page.
A class report with each pupil’s progress, quiz average and last log-in. Open any pupil for detail, or download the report as a spreadsheet.
Short checks of phonics, spelling, reading and number facts. See which skills each pupil has secured, every answer they gave, and what the class needs to practise next.
A quiet nudge when work is overdue, quiz scores are low, answers look rushed or a pupil has not logged in for a while, so no one slips through.
Pupils can ask the owl tutors for help with a lesson. Staff can read the questions each pupil asks and the answers they were given, kept for 90 days.
Read aloud with highlighting, a reading ruler, plain fonts, coloured backgrounds, focus mode and 25% or 50% extra time on timed quizzes. Set them for any pupil, much like exam access arrangements. No diagnosis needed.
Connect your school’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and staff and pupils sign in with the accounts they already use.
Upload a CSV exported from your school information system or a spreadsheet. Classes are created for you, ready to check before anything is saved.
Print a progress report for a pupil or a whole class, with your comment. Each one has a code so parents can follow progress at home.

Questions
How do pupils log in?
Each pupil gets a login card with a username and password. They go to kids.tutwoo.com/my-class, log in, and see the work you have set. No email address is needed.
Can pupils sign in with their school Google or Microsoft account?
Yes. Connect your school’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 from the dashboard. Only accounts from your school are accepted, and pupils can still use their login cards. Your school’s IT administrator may need to approve Tutwoo Kids in the Google Admin console or Microsoft Entra before pupils can use it.
Can parents see how their child is doing?
Yes, if you choose. Print a parent report from the dashboard: it includes a code that parents enter on a free Tutwoo Kids parent account to follow the work you set and their child’s progress. You can remove parent access at any time.
Can more than one teacher use the account?
Yes. The person who registers the school has the lead account and can add teachers. Each teacher sees and manages their own classes; the lead account sees every class.
Which curriculum do the courses follow?
You choose England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland when you register. When you set work we show courses written for your nation plus courses that suit the whole UK.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Changes are paused and full lessons are locked until you move to a school plan. You can still see and download reports, and delete pupil accounts at any time.
